Charcuterie Skewers
Let's make charcuterie skewers - simple, fun, and beautiful!
Start by assembling your ingredients. My favorite are:
- Salami - I like to get a variety pack to mix it up, but it doesn't matter the salami, as long as it's cut in a thin round
- Cheeses cut into bite-sized pieces
- I like at least 2 different kinds, again to mix it up.
- Mozzarella balls work great for an even faster setup, but make sure you dry them off, or everything will be soggy
- Grape Tomatoes - I cut these in half to make it easier to get on the skewer
- Pickles
- Sweet or sour or both!
- Use cornichons or cut your pickles into bite-sized pieces
- Olives
- Grapes
- Cheese bite
- Tomato or Olive
- Salami Rose (see below for how to make that)
- Pickle bite
- Cheese bite
- Grape
Layout 2-5 pieces of salami overlapping the edges about halfway.
(in my favorite configuration 😁)
1. Cheese Bite 1
