My Favorite Epoxy Things
Hi there! I'm putting together a list of my favorite epoxy things on this page. You'll notice a lot of sets in here, because I like to just get it and go and not think about what else I need to make it work.
Epoxy has LOTS of stuff, so I've split the other items into separate lists to make them easier to find:
- My Favorite Woodworking Things
- My Favorite Household Things & Snacks NEW!
- My Favorite Laser Engraving Things {coming soon}
- My Favorite Sublimation Things {coming soon}
I'm adding some reviews on some of the items, too, so I can keep it straight in my head. Some of the links below earn me a little extra play money.
For Let's Resin items, sometimes their actual website has a better price than Amazon, so there are two link options for those below. Epoxy is an expensive hobby, so I try to find savings wherever I can.
Happy shopping!
LAST UPDATE: 7/29/25 - updates
~ Pugs 'N Coffee 🐾
- Epoxy Molds - Crafted Elements - these are my absolute favorites, as you'll notice I use them all the time for all the deep pour items
- As a bonus, Crafted Elements has Mold & Router Template matching sets, which make things SO easy. I love me a set, anyway.
- Mold Release - this is a MUST for every pour, even with good molds to keep them good
- Jar Molds - I've taken to little epoxy jars, and I got a bunch during Prime Day
- Pudding Jars - I've used these once to make dog treat containers for my market. They're the ones that got me hooked on these little jars
- NOT TESTED: Succulent Pot Bottle - I want to use these for reusable cups for charcuterie cups
- NOT TESTED: LET'S RESIN Pumpkin Jar - oh yes, can't wait to try this one!

- Small Molds for leftover epoxy after the major pour
- DIVINA VITAE Silicone Dog Tag Mold Pet Tag (of course I had to have dog tags!)
- RESIN GO Resin Jewelry Molds
- Geometric Spherical Bottle Stopper Resin molds - these tore up my hands trying to remove them from the mold, but we're gonna try again 🤷
Pigments
- Black Diamond Pigments Sample Packs - I love the sample packs to try all kinds of different colors. You never know what color the wood is calling for at any time. There are colors in the packs that I would totally never buy on its own, so it opens up the palette so much. You only need a little bit of pigment for the pour, so even these small amounts last a good while.
- Variety Pack 1 - there's a reason why this is pack 1; it has so many gems: Caribbean Blue, Mahogany, Battleship Grey, and even Pure White
- Variety Pack 2 - pack 2 is the amazing stuff that didn't fit in pack 1: Black Onyx, Liquid Metal Pearl, Hunter Green, & Bora Bora
- Variety Pack 7 - this has my beloved Ghost Blue Pearl, not to mention Golden Indigo and Jungle Green, as well as Lux Violet that is trying to make me a purple fan
- Variety Pack 16 - this has the super unique Starry Night that looks like black glitter suspended in clear
- Black Diamond Pigments Bora Bora - I can't get enough of this color, so I had to buy the actual jar 😎
- Black Diamond Pigments Caribbean Blue - This is the middle blue color for ocean pour
- Black Diamond Pigments Black Onyx - Yeah, I needed the whole jar of this!
- Testing in Progress: Meyspring Two Tone Collection - I got this sample pack during Prime Day to try out this new brand. I tried to Gold color, and it was quite vibrant.
Mixing Tools
- Custom Shop Paint Mixing Cups - these don't "squeeze" or collapse, even if the epoxy starts to heat up a little
- Konohan 200 Pack 2oz/60ml Plastic Mixing Cups Disposable Measuring Cups - these are great for very small mixes like multiple colors in ocean pour or sealing wood. I'll mix in the larger cup and then pour into these smaller ones.
- Silicone Mat - a MUST, unless you don't mind little epoxy drops all over whatever table you're using. There's nothing really special about them, just make sure they lie flat
- Flat Silicon Mats - these are good table protectors, but won't catch those run away pours
- Leobro Silicone Mats
- Let's Resin Silicone Mats
- Silicone Mat with Raised Edges - I use these for mixing and pouring into small molds
- Hubulk Silicone Mat
- Let's Resin Silicon Mat - Amazon link; Let's Resin link
- Stir Sticks - I use Silicone to reduce waste as much as I can. The ones I've linked clean up very easily for reuse.
- Silicone Stir Sticks - these are good for under 20'ish ounces
- Small Silicone Spatulas - these are better for more ounces and thicker epoxy
- BACOENG 5 Gallon 4.5 CFM Tempered Glass Lid Vacuum Chamber with Pump - a couple of minutes in here, and the bubbles are gone!
- LITOPAK 3oz Disposable Bathroom Cups - I used these to hold my stir stick while curing
- GUSTO 4.5 Inch Wooden Multi-Purpose Popsicle Sticks - I use this for swirling the epoxy during curing to bring up the bubbles and make the cool swirls, of course. These don't seem to splinter like some others I've gotten.
- Testing in Progress: LET'S RESIN Upgraded Resin Mixer Master - I have done a couple spins with this with Artist Resin, and it seems to doing well. I have not tried ThickSet yet.

- NOT TESTED: LET'S RESIN 32oz Mixing Cups - got these to try in the mixer, since I was almost out of my Custom Shop ones anyway
